Handmade Huipil Embroidered Pillow 20x20" Pink Allover Embroidery

A 20x20" pillow hand sewn in Brooklyn New York. Cut and pieced together from a vintage Guatemalan huipil. Each pillow is unique and made from a hand embroidered traditional poncho from Guatemala. This pillow was upcycled with love to highlight the beauty of the hand embroidery. This pink huipil pillow is completely covered in beautiful hand embroidery. The embroidery is thick because it's completely hand done, there is 100% cotton backing to the face of the pillow to stabilize the piecing of the embroidered front. The back is made from a muted pink cotton and has an overlap opening. The pillow insert is not included. There is only one of this color and design.
